In other news, I read Gillian McKeith’s You Are What You Eat. Interesting book, tells you a lot of stuff about knowing your body. But all in all the basic principles are the same as what we all know. Eat whole grains, healthy fats, lean protein, fruits and veggies. One downside was the sheer amount of weird names and supplements she recommends. It can get really confusing. But some of her tips helped me learn that I have a slight dairy intolerance and an EFA (essential fatty acids) deficiency. Overall an interesting read.
